Who is responsible for your information
Hattie Wadeson is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website. Questions about this notice or your information can be sent to hello@hattiewadeson.co.uk.
Information collected
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, service of interest and message. You may also choose to provide your business name and Instagram profile or website. The form uses a hidden spam-check field and measures how quickly it is completed; these anti-spam signals are not stored with your enquiry.
How and why it is used
Your information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, recommend suitable services, keep a record of the conversation and protect the form from spam or misuse. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who ask about Hattie’s services and operating a secure enquiry process. If discussions lead to work, information may also be needed to take steps before entering into a contract.
Who processes the information
Lovable hosts this website and provides the managed database and transactional email service used to store enquiries and send notifications. Google Workspace receives the notification in Hattie’s business inbox. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts and may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, when the fonts load. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, the provider’s contractual safeguards and other lawful transfer mechanisms are relied upon to protect the information in accordance with UK data-protection law.
How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to client work are retained for up to 12 months from the last meaningful contact, then deleted unless there is a legal reason to keep them longer. Information connected with client work may need to be kept for longer to meet contractual, tax or legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal information, request a correction or deletion, object to its use, or ask for its use to be restricted. Email hello@hattiewadeson.co.uk to make a request. Identity may need to be confirmed before a request is completed.
